Nordes Būve wins multiple awards at the Latvian Construction Industry Annual Awards

Two projects involving SIA Nordes Būve received awards at the Latvian Construction Industry Annual Awards 2023.

In the “Site Improvement” category, first place was awarded to the Uzvaras Park redevelopment project in Riga, located at 15 Uzvaras Boulevard. The client was the Riga City Council Property Department, the project author was SIA Zala Landscape Architecture, and the construction works were carried out by the general partnership AIDACO GROUP, which includes SIA Nordes Būve. Construction supervision was provided by Rūdolfs Šķēle.

Second place in the same category was awarded to the project “Implementation of Rail Baltica-related infrastructure in the centre of Riga.” The client was Riga City Council, the project author was SIA BRD projekts, and the works were executed by the general partnership RBBL, which includes SIA Nordes Būve. Construction supervision was carried out by SIA Firma L4.

The Latvian Construction Industry Annual Award competition, organised for the last 10 years by the Building Design and Construction Council, recognises outstanding achievements in architecture and construction in Latvia and abroad, provided that the projects are implemented by Latvian professionals.
